The main update and improvement we made to this update will be newly added marketplace – Shoppu (by AEON Malaysia) and also improvement on Lazada Sync Experience.

Marketplace (Multichannel)

  1. Shoppu ( A new marketplace by AEON Malaysia) is supported!
  2. Improved Sync for Lazada – Lazada Options Mapping now comes with values automatically pull from lazada.
  1. Fix viewProd image display bug (when display sub product – link from viewcart.asp)
  2. Marketplace – 11st order address line 1 and 2 wrong order.
  3. Marketplaces – Add lazada options JSON selection.
  4. Adjusting the regex expression to accept email addresses with more than 4 characters after the dot
  5. Adds category id to class

We are pleased to announce the release of webShaper POS 2.0!


So, what’s new for webShaper POS v2.0?

  • Major bug fixes.
  • Major improvement on app performance.
  • Customer Module Added: Able to Search (existing customer, including those buying online), Create or Assign customer to the physical store order.
  • You can view the order history and statistics summary of a particular customer.
  • Can assign loyalty points to your customers (webShaper bizStore only) according to your webShaper Store Point settings. To enable this, login to webShaper Control Panel > Marketing > Points > Click On Point assignment rules based on Purchase Amount field.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card Payment method added for record purpose. This will also be printed on the receipt.
  • You can view the product information (eg like SKU & Stock balance) by pressing on the product picture. This also enable you check stock before checkout to ensure you do not oversell the product. (Or you can set it to ignore the stock for every checkout to fulfill the walk in customer first. You can set it in Settings -> General -> Always check stock before checkout)
  • Flat value discount for the total order is now supported.
  • Improvement on Open Register/ Shift.
  • Report Module added – You are able to track your daily sales on each iPad, and tracking down your cash drawer amount. You are able to print out the report for every closing too.
  • GHL AirPOS , a simple card payment solution for your solution by GHL is seamlessly integrated!


All these new add-on and improvement while it still remain the simple to use, no-training needed POS product that sync with your online store (webShaper store)!

This is where you configure the Printer IP address.


IMPORTANT:  For existing client on webShaper POS v1.0, here’s a few simple steps needed for smooth update:

Recommended to do these before shop operating hours (or before sign in to POS) or after shop operating hours (after sign out of POS) to avoid any problem.

  1. Login to the POS system.
  2. Go to Settings -> Printer and Record / Write down the Printer Network IP Address as shown in screenshot.


  1. The go to App store, update the webShaper POS.
  2. After the webShaper POS is updated. Go to Settings -> Printer -> Printer Network IP Address, fill in the IP address you have just written down.
  3. Click Test Print button to test if your configuration is correct. If it is correct, a receipt should be printed out.
  4. Then Go to Settings -> General , fill in your Tax ID (if applicable) in order to let GST ID print out in receipt. 
  5. Please take note that in this latest version, you will need to press this icon everytime before you scan the barcode using your bluetooth barcode scanner.
  6. All done? Then you are good to go!!!

The main update and improvement we made to this update will be the process flow on the eMarketplace sync.

From now on, any new products sync to marketplaces, webShaper will only

1) Push the full product information only for the first time.
2) Then it will only automatically sync stock and price.
3) Any changes on product information (on webShaper), you will need to manually select and re-sync the product information to Marketaplaces.
4) If you remove products from marketplace sync tab, the product will not be deleted from the marketplaces, you have to manually remove it by login to your specific marketplace account.


  1. New Interface to upload the slideshows, way easier to manage now!
  2. Improvements for basic product search: You can now specify Product’s Long Description or Brands to be searchable.
  3. Update on iPay88’s PayPal option.
  4. New column “Discount code used” added to export orders file.

Marketplace (Multichannel)

  1. Can set different product name, description to sync to each marketplace.
  2. Can push different Images (and able to hide the pictures in the picture gallery) for products.
  3. Can assign a different marketplace category to any single product.
  4. Support Re-Sync items when data is updated (Can use filter -> Modified Products to display the products just modified and select ALL to re-sync).
  5. Better data validation and checking if product has sub products to be sync over.
  6. Lazada Only
    1. Ability to push images separately.
    2. Ability to download Lazada Invoice + Shipping Labels
    3. More products push in one sync process.
  7. Improved Marketplace UI 
    1. Product Images thumbnail show when you move over the product name.
    2. SKU display for products.
    3. Background color highlight for rollover effect, so user knows which item is being edited.
    4. Can search products by SKU, product name.
    5. Can filter products by Sync status. Can easily use this to filter out Sync success or Sync failed products
    6. Can sort products via Products Name, Last Sync Time and Status.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fix reviews and ratings bug.
  2. Fix viewCat discount bug.
  3. Fix bug where update products without quantity will gives stock status “out of stock”.
  4. Fix bug for group discount, caused by undefined variable.

11Street Product Category Update – Steps needed for affected products

Special attention to all merchants using 11Street marketplace sync:

11Street has made some changes to the master category, which mainly affecting 2 product categories:

If you are seeing this error “11street: Product registration failed. This category is not display status” like below:



Steps to resolve this:

  1. Click on “Update 11street categories”, webShaper will pull in the most updated category of 11Street.
  2. Then remap the webShaper category to the 11Street Category
  3. Go to [Sync Product Items] – Click on the sync error message to clear it (for items affected).
  4. Select the product, click on Resync. Then it’s done.
