For webShaper Stores clients, How does it work?

PayPal is easily enabled through webShaper Stores. To get started, complete the simple 3 + 1 steps:

1.    Sign up for a PayPal Premier or Business account – it’s free and takes less than 60 seconds.
2.    Log into PayPal and retrieve your API information: username, password, and signature. You can get your API information by clicking Profile > API Access > View API Certificate.



3.    Log into webShaper > Payment.  Activate either PayPal or PayPal Express Checkout (API is needed only for Express Checkout).


4. Put up the logo and let your customers know you are now taking PayPal (and they can pay via credit card too!)

  1. hi florence, 🙂 if you meet the criteria, a new PayPal premier / biz account registered from 1st July 2010 onwards, and manage to accept payments more than USD $ 500 before end of Sept 2010. PayPal will rebate to you after that!

  2. Hi, I was wondering how this works? Like, what is the whole point of the API certificate? Do you get get money out of it? If i create an API certificate, would that effect my paypal account in any way?
